About Empower Family Therapy
Empower Family Therapy started in 2018 as a home-based practice in Oak Park, founded by Tina Shrader, a licensed marriage and family therapist. As more local families needed support, the practice grew into a full team of family-trained therapists.
Today Empower has offices in Oak Park and Chicago plus virtual care across Florida, still built around the same relationship-first approach it started with.
