What platform does Empower Family Therapy use for telehealth?

Empower Family Therapy uses a HIPAA-compliant telehealth video platform through Zoom. Clients receive a recurring appointment and a link for virtual sessions. Clients can discuss alternative platforms with their therapist, considering the associated risks.

How does HIPAA and privacy measures apply to telehealth?

How can I find privacy at home for telehealth sessions?
