Tina Shrader is an LMFT in Illinois and Florida, and an alum of Adler University. She started her career in community mental health/crisis work. She created her private practice, Empower Family Therapy, as a way to fight burnout and start seeing clients that excited her, and less of the clients that drained her. Empower Family Therapy has grown from one therapist to ten, in less than two years! She is passionate about creating a practice where clients feel comfortable exploring their vulnerable family dynamics, and where ‘green’ therapists can learn habits essential to creating a sustainable and meaningful career in the mental health field.
