about Kelly o.

“Like many parents, you dream of seeing your child's eyes light up again – confident, resilient, and able to express their feelings in healthy ways. You want to understand what's happening beneath the surface and help your child thrive through life's challenges. You're ready to move from feeling helpless to empowered, equipped with tools and understanding to support your child's emotional growth.

Growing up in a complex, blended family, I learned firsthand how children experience big emotions and struggle to make sense of life's changes. These personal experiences, combined with my journey as a mother, have deepened my passion for supporting families through their most challenging moments.

As a therapist specializing in child-centered therapy, I create a nurturing space where children ages 4+ can process their experiences through play and creative expression. Drawing from my training at Erikson Institute and my background in early childhood education, I help children navigate anxiety, grief, divorce, and social challenges while supporting parents in understanding their child's unique needs.

My approach combines gentle guidance with practical strategies, helping children find their voice while empowering parents with tools to support their child's emotional journey. Together, we'll help your child build resilience, develop coping strategies, and find their inner strength.

When I'm not in the therapy room or pursuing my Master's in Social Work, I find joy in quality time with my family, losing myself in the pages of a novel, or taking peaceful nature walks. These moments of connection and reflection remind me of what matters most – creating safe spaces where children and families can grow together. Let's work together to help your child find their path to healing and confidence.”

" Together, we'll help your child build resilience, develop coping strategies, and find their inner strength."
