Identify a few common emotions you experience that lead you to needing to self-care- maybe it’s overwhelmed, lonely, unappreciated, or anxious. Often times, we have a few heavy hitters that really seem to get us down- if we can pinpoint these then we can make a self-care plan ahead of time to address them. More often than not, we don’t need to reinvent the self-care wheel every time… Instead, we can have me ideas ready-to-go to give ourselves a helpful boost.
